Job Description

To Apply for this Job Click Here Our client, a national real estate investment company, is seeking a Property Manager to oversee two commercial properties in Northern Virginia and join their busy and dynamic team!

Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of two commercial properties in Arlington, VA and Alexandria, VA. Handle all financial reporting to include monthly reports, tenant bill-backs, accruals, and more. Provide high-level customer service to tenants, checking in and engaging with tenants on a daily and weekly basis. Conducts property inspections and oversees maintenance, repairs, and vendor management. Manages capital projects, tenant improvements, and other property updates. Additional projects and tasks as required.

Qualifications:

5-8+ years of commercial property management experience required; including 1-2 years in a management role. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. Familiarity with Nexis, MRI, and Prism programs (or similar). Strong detail orientation with the ability to multi-task and prioritize. Excellent communication and customer/client service skills.
