Job Description

About the Position We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a multifamily apartment community. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent organizational, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills who can effectively manage property performance, resident satisfaction, and team development. Responsibilities Oversee all day-to-day operations of the apartment community. Manage leasing, resident retention, and occupancy goals. Supervise and support staff. Ensure excellent customer service and resident satisfaction. Monitor property expenses, and financial performance. Manage rent collections, delinquency, and accounts receivable. Coordinate resident communications, renewals, and community events. Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing regulations, and local laws. Oversee vendor relationships and contract services. Conduct property inspections and ensure curb appeal and asset preservation. Prepare reports and communicate property performance to leadership. Qualifications 2-3 years of experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager in multifamily housing required. Strong knowledge of leasing, resident relations, and property operations. Experience supervising team members and managing daily workflows. Understanding of Fair Housing laws and property management best practices. Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing conventional multifamily communities. Budgeting and financial reporting experience. Experience with rent collections and delinquency management. Pay:
$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
