Responsible for conversion of telephone and walk-in prospects to leases, resulting in maintained and increased occupancy, and the inherent responsibility to effectively communicate with existing residents and establish a successful renewal program.
Financial reporting and control:
Adheres to the annual property management plan and operating budget. Reviews all monthly financial reports. Process all invoices in property management software using correct GL codes per company policy and procedure. Approves expenditure in accordance with Company policy and procedures and approval limit.
Administration:
Ensure property files and records are maintained and up to date. Continually improves management and technical skills. Spends agreed-upon percentage of time on obtaining market knowledge, community relations, and asset evaluation. Properly process monthly legal and collection accounts and maintain documentation for filings and follow up. Responsibility for weekly/monthly reports to include receiving and posting of rents. Assist in maintaining office clerical, filing and record keeping systems. Identify and strive to meet the residents' needs. Prepare newsletters and promotion flyers for supervisor approval before distribution. Planning community activities and events.
Requirements Hours of Work:
8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m., Monday through Thursday, Friday 8:00am to 3:00pm.
Transportation:
Must have dependable vehicle.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
