Shifts Available Monday- Friday 4:30PM-9:30PM Weekend Overnight (Saturday 12:00AM-8:00AM, Sat 8:00PM-8:00AM, and Sunday 8:00PM-12:00AM)
POSITION SUMMARY
The Residential Support Provider (Residential Staff) offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, team- oriented, residential addiction treatment helping individuals along the path of long-term recovery. The RSP will work as an integral part of a multi-functioning team that works interdependently to ensure that residential treatment services are delivered effectively and ethically.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Supervise residents for extended time periods, including rountine rounding. Maintain a high level of engagement with all residents to ensure an environment of recovery is being maintained. Monitor residents' activities, groups, chore lists, weekly phone calls, etc. Maintain a positive, professional attitude toward residents, staff, and volunteers. Participate and engage in group activities. Handle crisis situations in a calm supportive manner. Maintain confidentiality and comply with company, state, federal and HIPPA rules and regulations. Create a safe and healthy environment for residents. Complete drug screening functions for residents. Comply with random employee drug screening. Other assigned duties.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
(KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND
ABILITIES
) Valid driver's license Self-motivated Availability to work some evening, overnight and/or weekend shift. Mandatory holiday coverage also required when applicable. Good communication skills Ability to maintain program requirements and boundaries with compassion and respect Problem solving abilities Ability to complete and submit reports Preferred Qualifications Certified Peer Recovery Specialists (or in current pursuit of CPRS) Personal or work experience engaging with individuals with substance use disorder
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Pay:
