About The Job:

Manage a portfolio of retail shopping centers and oversee day-to-day property operations Develop and manage annual operating budgets, expense tracking, variance reporting, and forecasts Establish and maintain operational standards, procedures, and best practices Oversee procurement, vendor contracts, and service agreements Conduct regular site inspections to ensure property condition, compliance, and safety Manage capital improvement planning and large maintenance projects Oversee accounts receivable, collections, and accounts payable for the portfolio Collaborate with project and development teams to support tenant deliveries and openings

About You:

5+ years of experience managing retail properties or shopping centers is required Bachelor's degree required Proven experience managing multiple properties or a property portfolio Strong knowledge of leases, budgeting, financial reporting, and expense management Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Customer-focused with experience working with tenants and service providers Proficient in Microsoft Office Able to work onsite and perform regular property inspection

• 62/hr while on contract $115k
• 130k when permanent 100% onsite in Tysons Corner, VA
• travel in Northern Virginia is required.
