Compensation:
$48,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Assist the Community Manager with day-to-day administrative duties, including maintaining accurate records, preparing correspondence, and maintaining community records Conduct routine property inspections Attend and assist with in-person board meetings, including preparing meeting materials Communicate professionally with homeowners, board members, and vendors Support the preparation of monthly board packages and budget reports under the direction of the Community Manager Help coordinate and follow up with vendors under the direction of the Community Manager Learn and apply knowledge of governing documents and applicable state laws
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel Proficiency in Vantaca, not required but a plus Self-motivated, organized, and reliable with a strong attention to detail Ability to build positive relationships with a diverse group of people Prior association management experience is a plus, but not required About Company Are you passionate about making a difference in communities?
