Killington, VT Blue Hour Housing partners with employers to provide housing for their employees. Job Overview As the On-Site Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of a residential property that is leased to a large employer for employee housing. You will play a key role in ensuring the property is well-maintained and that tenants and the employer are satisfied with their living environment. This role is open to an individual or couple who will be living on-site. The property manager is expected to be responsive to on-site needs, while maintaining flexibility over their schedule. Compensation includes on-site housing (2-bedroom apartment with access to building amenities). Effective pay for this role is approximately $37,000 per year after housing is factored in. Responsibilities Utilize property management software to manage property operations efficiently Maintain positive relationships with tenants through strong customer service and conflict resolution Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to property management Oversee contractors to address repair and maintenance issues promptly Conduct regular property inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure safety standards are met Manage tenant move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals while maintaining accurate tenant records Experience Proven experience in property management or a related field Proficiency in using property management software Strong understanding of landlord-tenant laws and regulations Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants Effective communication skills, including phone and written correspondence Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Job Type Part-time Benefits Flexible schedule On-site housing included License/Certification Driver's License (Required) Ability to
