This role is ideal for a customer-focused property management professional who enjoys leading daily property operations, building strong tenant relationships, and ensuring residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties are well maintained and financially successful. The Property Manager will oversee leasing, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, budgeting, compliance, and vendor management for an assigned property portfolio. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations for assigned residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality property performance. Manage tenant relations by responding to service requests, resolving concerns, supporting retention efforts, and maintaining a positive customer experience. Coordinate leasing activities, including marketing vacancies, conducting property tours, screening applicants, and executing lease agreements. Schedule and oversee maintenance, repairs, inspections, vendors, contractors, and service agreements to maintain property standards. Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, rent collections, occupancy tracking, and operational documentation. Ensure compliance with fair housing laws, landlord-tenant regulations, local requirements, company policies, and emergency response procedures.
Compensation and Benefits Salary range:
