Community Resource Manager | Highgate Senior Living -
Bellingham, WA Compensation:
$30.00-$33.00 per hour This is a temporary position.

About the role Keep the community running smoothly—HR support, payroll/benefits, AP/AR, systems, and daily office operations. Be the go‑to for team members while partnering with leaders to solve problems quickly and kindly. What you'll do Oversee daily business office operations and uphold policies Support HR, onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration Manage AP/AR, resident billing, deposits, and reconciliations Administer community software systems and maintain records Help with recruitment logistics, training, and safety Skills & attributes Detail‑driven organization with strong follow‑through Confident communication; discretion with sensitive info MS Office proficiency; quick to learn new tools Basic financial literacy across AP/AR, payroll, benefits Calm, flexible, and solutions‑oriented Relatable experience Business office roles with growing scope/responsibility Senior living, healthcare, or hospitality operations Hands‑on work with payroll, benefits, AP/AR, or HRIS Qualifications At least 21 years of age 2+ years in business management/admin or relevant degree Current negative TB test; able to pass background check Why join Highgate We offer more than a job—we offer a mission. 401(k) with matching Employee referral bonuses Competitive pay: (see above) Full benefits package Growth pathways and internal promotions Positive, inclusive, values-driven culture Join a workplace that values heart, purpose, and community.
