You'll be the go to for both tenants and property owners, ensuring high standards of care, communication, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to tenant and owner concerns with professionalism and urgency Conduct regular property inspections and oversee maintenance coordination Manage move-in/move-out inspections and processes Develop and monitor operating and capital budgets for your portfolio Collaborate with vendors, support staff, and leadership as needed Maintain documentation and ensure knowledge and compliance with landlord-tenant laws What You Bring to the Table Experience & Skills 2+ years in residential property management Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and internet platforms Strong problem-solving and customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to stay organized while juggling multiple priorities Conflict resolution and team collaboration skills Requirements Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurance Willingness to submit to background and reference checks College degree preferred (but equivalent experience welcomed) Professional certification is a plus Core Values We Live By Do What's Right
