We are looking for a strong leader who is organized, proactive, team-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining a successful community for both residents and the team. This position works closely with an onsite leasing agent and maintenance team to oversee daily operations, apartment turns, resident retention, and overall property performance.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the community Lead and support the onsite leasing and maintenance teams Coordinate apartment turns and rent readiness Work alongside the maintenance lead to coordinate projects and property upkeep Support leasing performance, marketing efforts, move-ins, and renewals Manage resident retention, renewals, and administrative operations including invoice processing Walk the property and vacant apartments regularly Complete move-out inspections and the move-out process Maintain strong resident communication and customer service Ensure Fair Housing compliance and company policies
Qualifications:
Previous multifamily property management experience required Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Experience working with maintenance teams and coordinating apartment turns Fair Housing knowledge required AppFolio experience is a plus, but not required High-school diploma or equivalent required We encourage bilingual candidates to apply. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance required
Compensation & Benefits:
$60,000-$70,000 DOE 40% housing discount based on market rent Renewal and Move-in bonuses Medical, Dental, Vision Benefits Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays Position is not normally on call We are looking for someone seeking a long-term opportunity who leads by example and takes pride in their community.
