Job Description

Licensed Residential Property Manager Federal Way, WA | $30-37/hr + commission Zaran Sayre and Associates is a well-established property management company in Federal Way, seeking a motivated Residential Property Manager . This role is for someone who wants to show ownership over their portfolio, solve problems proactively, and treat leases, repairs, and renewals as real people, not just tasks . A current WA Real Estate Broker's License is required.

Who You Are:
Calm under pressure and confident in decision-making Active WA Real Estate Broker's License (required) Experienced in property management Tech-savvy with AppFolio or similar software Highly organized, proactive, and proud of your work
Schedule & Benefits:
Full-time | M-F, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM $30-37/hr + commission opportunities Health insurance, PTO, retirement matching Must reliably commute to Federal Way, WA (98003)
