The Role You will support our Property Manager with daily operations, resident communication, and property marketing.
Key duties include:
Admin & Records:
Data entry, record-keeping, drafting documents, and application screening.
Property Tasks:
Showing properties, conducting inspections, and schedule coordination.
Customer Service:
Greeting guests and handling tenant inquiries. What You Bring 1+ year of administrative/office experience Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills Reliable transportation (mileage and tolls reimbursed) and ability to pass a background check Professional presentation and ability to adhere to business dress attire
Bonus:
Previous property management experience and a great sense of humor!
Compensation & Benefits Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Pay:
$19-$21/hr (DOE)
