Applicants must be 55+ as this is a senior retirement community. This mobile home park is located in a beautiful and quiet setting. Perfect for a retired couple. Position includes free housing and utilities.

Job Includes:

• general oversee and management of mobile home park
• tenant relations and rent collection
• screen prospective residents and showing of mobiles
• lease agreement management
• ensure compliance with park rules and regulations
• oversee repairs and maintenance, oversee landscaping of park grounds

Qualifications:

• previous property management experience
• basic office experience
• handyman and landscape experience
• Organized, good communication skills and proactive

Pay:
