AmeriTrue Property Management is looking for a motivated and dependable Property Manager / Vacancy Specialist to help manage our growing portfolio while creating exceptional experiences for both residents and property owners. In this dynamic role, you'll combine leasing, customer service, property management, and problem-solving to keep properties running smoothly and vacancies filled quickly. What You'll Do Leasing & Vacancy Management Manage vacant properties from listing to move-in Coordinate and schedule property showings Process rental applications, screenings, and background checks Prepare and send lease agreements for approved residents Maintain direct communication with property owners regarding vacancies and leasing activity Ensure properties are clean, move-in ready, and welcoming for new residents Coordinate smooth unit turnovers between tenants Property Management Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for residents, owners, vendors, and internal teams Respond professionally and promptly to tenant questions, concerns, and maintenance requests Coordinate inspections, maintenance services, and vendor scheduling Monitor rent collection and assist with delinquency follow-up Process lease renewals and maintain accurate property records Monitor work orders and ensure timely completion Help protect and maximize the value of owner investments Support daily operations alongside the Senior Property Manager Assist with minor property readiness and cleaning tasks when needed What Makes You a Great Fit We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, professional, and customer-service driven Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills Comfortable communicating with tenants, owners, and vendors Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems Adaptable and dependable under pressure A team player with a positive attitude Preferred Skills & Experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer service experience Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and leasing practices Vendor coordination and conflict resolution skills Property management or real estate experience is a plus Attention to detail and strong time management abilities Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Valid driver's license required Clean background check required Professional appearance and attitude required Real estate license preferred, or willingness to obtain one within 6 months Benefits 401(k) matching Paid time off Holiday pay and paid holidays off Flexible scheduling Opportunities for overtime Supportive team environment Growth opportunities within the company Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday 8-hour shifts Weekends as needed If you're looking for a rewarding career where you can grow professionally, make an impact, and be part of a supportive team, apply today and grow with AmeriTrue Property Management!
