Job Description

Description We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Property Manager to join our team in Kirkland, Washington. This contract position offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise in property management, leasing, and administrative support and make a large impact on a great team. The ideal candidate will excel in handling day-to-day property operations while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to property operations, including tenant communications and lease documentation.
  • Support leasing activities by assisting with tenant inquiries and coordinating lease agreements.
  • Oversee accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoice management.
  • Utilize Yardi software to maintain property records, track payments, and generate reports.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain organized records for property portfolio, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with property management team to facilitate smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date information in property management systems.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests as needed. Requirements
  • Proven experience in property management or leasing consultant roles.
  • Proficiency in using Yardi software for property operations and record-keeping.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent customer service skills to support tenant inquiries and needs.
  • Familiarity with accounts payable processes, including invoice management.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of residential and/or commercial property management practices.
