Who We Are•Century 21 Mini Storage is the storage of choice for an awesome, fast pace fun working environment with opportunity for growth! Includes onsite housing•newly remodeled apartment! Come join one of the largest regional self-storage management companies with properties throughout the Pacific Northwest! As the Resident Property Manager , you will manage the daily operations of Century 21 Mini Storage, a Storage facility with 625 + units. The ideal candidate will always maintain a welcoming property, recommend storage solutions to our customers, provide stellar customer service, and possess strong administrative skills. This is a full-time position with a strong, stable company.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Process Move-Ins and Move Outs and complete lease agreements. Assist customers with leasing process and reviewing the rental agreement.
Tenant relations:
constant interaction with customers.
Sales of merchandise:
boxes, moving supplies, etc.
General Office:
Administrative work, data entry, answer phones and update files, process closes.
Market Surveys:
Conduct market surveys to competitive Self Storage stores in area.
Collection duties:
call on any past due balances and collect late fees. Light maintenance/cleaning of facility and daily walk-through of property. •Seasonal landscaping including mowing, raking, general clean up.
Requirements include:
3-5 years of experience in any of the following: Self-Storage industry, property management, apartment management, hotel/motel or customer service / sales Stellar sales and customer service skills Must be able to work one weekend day per week The ability to perform maintenance tasks in all weather conditions Valid driver's license and auto insurance Computer proficient Ability to multitask in a busy environment Strong organization and self-time management skills This position is a must live on site Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and be able to complete custodial duties such as: Sweeping, hauling trash and cleaning
Compensation:
$2900.•$3200. mo. salary , + quarterly bonus potential; vacation & sick pay; onsite housing (utilities included); newly refurbished apartment.
Schedule :
Tuesday•Saturday , 40 hours/week; occasional additional hours as needed. Available to cover alternate days as needed. Successful candidates are subject to a full background check.
