This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, managing operations, and helping residents maintain stable housing. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for residents while overseeing leasing, rent collection, compliance, property operations, and occupancy management. What You'll Do Resident Relations & Customer Service Serve as the primary contact for resident questions, concerns, and housing needs Support resident move-ins, move-outs, orientations, and lease renewals Resolve resident concerns professionally and respectfully Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and positive community environment Property Operations Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor services Conduct property and unit inspections Monitor property appearance, safety, and curb appeal Identify preventative maintenance opportunities and operational improvements Leasing & Occupancy Market available units and assist with applicant screening Manage waitlists and housing inquiries Coordinate unit turnovers and move-in readiness Maintain occupancy goals of 95% or higher Rent Collection & Financial Administration Collect rent and maintain accurate resident ledgers Monitor delinquent accounts and coordinate payment arrangements Assist with occupancy and financial reporting Manage weekly deposits and other assigned financial processes Compliance & Documentation Maintain resident files and housing records Assist with income verification and recertification requirements Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and housing program requirements Track occupancy, vacancies, resident communications, and required documentation What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities independently Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Preferred Qualifications Two or more years of experience in property management, housing services, customer service, or a related field Experience with HUD, subsidized housing, tax credit housing, or low-income housing programs Knowledge of landlord-tenant practices and housing regulations Experience working with diverse populations Why Join Cascade Senior Living Services?
