  • Overview
  • SOSi is seeking a Personal Property Specialist to play a key role in supporting a 24/7/365 operational program by ensuring accurate inventory management, smooth material flow, and clear communication across operational departments.
This position helps maintain personal property inventories and operational accuracy through proactive tracking, reporting, and collaboration. The Personal Property Specialist will be responsible for all aspects related to security, safekeeping, and proper inventory of personal property.
  • Responsibilities
  • + Safeguard, store, and log property into property accounting system + Accurately retrieve and issue property + Assist in managing/investigating/reconciling inventory discrepancies + Participate in periodic inventory counts + Send inventory-related communications to all appropriate parties and cross-functional teams
  • Qualifications
  • + 1-2 years of related job experience + Fluent in English and Spanish + Must be a US Citizen + Must have lived in the US for 3 out the past 5 years + Basic data entry skills + Ability to pass an SSBI government background investigation + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Must be able to work independently or within a team
