We are looking for an energetic, positive, and motivated individual to join our growing team. This is a part-time position with a clear path to full-time growth within the company. We intentionally hire individuals with strong attitudes and work ethic, and provide the training needed to succeed. This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn the ins and outs of real estate, leasing, property management, and property operations while building a long-term career in a high-growth environment. This position includes both leasing support and hands-on property care responsibilities. The right person will be comfortable interacting professionally with prospective tenants, helping support the leasing process, and also assisting with cleaning related to unit turnovers and common areas at properties we manage. Duties Conduct property showings for prospective tenants Assist with leasing vacant units and supporting the leasing process Communicate with prospective and current tenants in a professional and timely manner Support property managers with tenant interactions and day-to-day communication Assist with general operations and administrative tasks as needed Help maintain a positive experience for both tenants and team members Assist with cleaning units as part of the turnover process between tenants Help prepare vacant units so they are clean, presentable, and ready for showings or move-in Perform regular cleaning of common areas at properties we manage Help identify and report maintenance, cleanliness, or property condition issues Support the team with property-related tasks as needed
Qualifications & Experience Required:
Positive, enthusiastic attitude — this is essential Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn and grow within the company Reliable, organized, and professional Comfortable performing hands-on cleaning and property care tasks Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and follow through on assigned tasks Willingness to travel between properties as needed Preferred, but not required: No real estate or property management experience required — we will train you Sales or customer service experience Marketing or lead generation experience Real estate or property management exposure Previous experience in a formal cleaning role Experience with residential unit turnovers, move-out cleans, common area cleaning, or similar property care work Why Join Upside Property Management?
