We are a large property management company with 70+ communities in Pierce County. We need a dedicated professional to help with our growing portfolio.

Duties:

Oversees all activity at the properties in their assigned portfolio. Manage the financial performance by overseeing market rents, collection, delinquency, occupancies, maintenance, and capital improvements. Performs regular inspections of properties and grounds. Maintains the financial integrity of the property. Addresses employee performance issues. Addresses resident special accommodations and escalating issues. Communicates with the maintenance team regarding property concerns.

Experience:

Extensive work with multifamily housing Regional or Asset Manager experience Broad knowledge of Landlord-Tenant Law and Fair Housing Real Estate License The ability to multi-task Excellent written and verbal communication a must!

We offer:

Annual Salary $80,000 to $110,000 DOE Paid PTO/Holiday Medical after 60 days of employment 3% 401k employer contribution after 1 year. Must be able to pass background and drug screening. Equal Opportunity Employer.
