Here's what it takes to succeed with us. 1+ years of experience Must have Washington tax credit experience LIHTC experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of Fair Housing guidelines and compliance procedures Experience with Yardi or similar property management systems is a plus Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset What You'll Do Support leasing efforts by touring prospects and helping drive occupancy Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects Assist with rent collection, posting payments, and financial reporting Maintain accurate resident files and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and affordable housing regulations Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and lease-related matters Coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors to ensure smooth daily operations Assist with renewals, move-ins, and move-outs Support daily community operations in the absence of the Property Manager Why This Role?
