Job Description

Office Assistant for a Property Management Office Blue Key Property Management is a rapidly growing business located in Vancouver, WA. We are looking for a responsible person with a strong sense of detail and organization to become our Office Assistant / Coordinator. Candidates must have friendly and patient phone etiquette, be honest, hold a high standard of integrity, have a positive attitude, be detail oriented, have initiative and the desire to be part of a small team in a busy office. Our Organization Blue Key Property Management manages a portfolio of residential real estate throughout the Portland Metro area. We offer our clients the highest levels of service and make use of the latest technology available. We're committed to providing outstanding customer service to a unique industry in an ethical, personal and responsible manner. Job Duties 1. Respond to tenant home maintenance requests, approve maintenance with home owner and coordinate maintenance with contractors by phone and email. 2. Assist office team members with general office duties as needed. 3. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications 1. Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette. Represent the company with a friendly, patient, positive and professional demeanor. 2. Must possess strong organizational and time management skills. Demonstrated ability to execute tasks quickly and without errors as well as proofread text for errors. 3. Commitment to customer satisfaction. 4. A reasonable amount of basic home maintenance knowledge is helpful. 5. Be able to use basic computer software and type 30 WPM. 6. Willingness to learn. Must be flexible, coachable, self-motivated, work independently and have a positive attitude. This is a full-time position. Part-time during training. Compensation will be $18.00 - $19.00 to start. 90 day probationary period. Only qualified candidates will be contacted. Presentable attire will be required.
