You will:

Recruit, train, and develop a strong canvassing team Set the tone, pace, and standard for performance Push daily and weekly goals...and hit them Track numbers and drive accountability Create a competitive, motivated, high-energy team culture Turn average performers into top producers This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on momentum, competition, and results.
