Property Manager Location Vancouver, WA Pay Rate:

Here's what it takes to make yours count. 1+ years of property management or related leadership experience Must have Washington State Tax Credit experience LIHTC experience required Strong knowledge of Fair Housing guidelines and affordable housing compliance Experience with Yardi or similar property management systems preferred Proven leadership, organization, and problem-solving abilities Customer-focused with a positive and professional approach Ability to multitask and lead in a fast-paced environment What You'll Do Oversee daily property operations and drive overall community performance Manage financials including rent collection, budgeting, reporting, and occupancy goals Ensure high occupancy through effective leasing and marketing strategies Lead, coach, and support leasing and maintenance teams Build strong resident relationships and deliver excellent customer service Ensure compliance with Washington State Tax Credit regulations, LIHTC requirements, Fair Housing, and all applicable laws Coordinate vendors, maintenance operations, and overall community upkeep Monitor market trends and property performance to stay competitive Support resident retention and renewal efforts More Than Just a Paycheck.
