Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (occasional evenings and weekends as needed) Position Summary The Residential Mortgage Processing Supervisor leads and supports a team of Loan Processors to ensure mortgage loan files are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable guidelines. This role plays a key part in maintaining high-quality loan production, meeting service level expectations, and delivering an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily operations of the processing team, including pipeline management, workload distribution, and file flow. Review complex loan files and provide guidance to resolve processing challenges. Ensure compliance with company policies, investor guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Train, mentor, and develop processing staff to improve performance and efficiency. Collaborate with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and Operations leadership to enhance workflow and communication. Monitor team performance and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and turn times are met. Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices. Support departmental initiatives and assist with additional projects as assigned. Qualifications 4+ years of residential mortgage processing experience Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of agency guidelines (FNMA, FHLMC) and regulatory requirements Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Encompass preferred Why Join Wisconsin Mortgage Corporation?
