Studio / Gym Manager

Overview Do you LOVE working with people? We are seeking a vibrant and organized Studio / Gym Manager to lead the daily operations of Midwest Professional Karate. In this fast-paced role, you will oversee daily operations, develop and implement strategic improvements, help the business maintain a social media presence, provide a high level of customer service, and help create an energized team culture. Marketing is a very important part of this role. You will create engaging social media videos and posts, reach out to potential customers, and create events to invite future customers in. You will also work on customer engagement and retention. Your leadership will ensure that processes are optimized, and customer satisfaction remains at the forefront. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual eager to learn and create relationships with the people they work with. Duties Develop personal relationships with team members and customers Develop a social media presence with regular posts on various platforms Answer questions, take orders, and process payments Implement process improvements to streamline workflows when needed Develop a system to keep inventory and place orders on a regular basis Keep the studio looking great with light cleaning duties Help assist the after-school program and summer camp program in various ways Qualifications 2+ years of customer service experience 2+ years of marketing experience Experience with social media presence Excellent communication skills Events planning experience Organized with process improvement in mind Outgoing and personable This can be a part-time or full-time position and with around 24-36 hours per week. Work hours will be between 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM M-F and some Saturday mornings.

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
