About Ruesch Management:
Ruesch Management is a growing property management and development company committed to creating exceptional living experiences for our residents. We are seeking a dedicated, proactive, and detail-oriented Community Ambassador to serve as the on-site representative for our apartment communities. In this role, you will help ensure our properties are well-maintained, residents feel valued, and our communities remain clean, safe, and welcoming. You will work closely with residents, vendors, landscaping staff, and management to support daily operations and uphold the high standards of our properties. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee site vendors, including lawn care, snow removal, common area cleaning, landscape needs and garbage/recycling services to ensure quality and timely performance. Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, common areas, and residential units to identify maintenance needs and maintain community appearance. Monitor property conditions and proactively address issues that impact safety, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction. Assist with property improvement and enhancement projects to maintain attractive and welcoming communities. Perform unit and property inspections to ensure compliance with lease agreements and company policies. Respond to resident questions, concerns, and service issues in a professional and timely manner. Help resolve resident conflicts and on-site concerns while promoting a positive living environment. Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure efficient property operations. Maintain accurate records of inspections, vendor performance, and resident interactions as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in property management, facilities maintenance, customer service, hospitality, or a related field preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high community standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build positive relationships with residents, vendors, and team members. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenges. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between properties as needed. Basic computer proficiency, including email and simple reporting systems. Property management certifications or related training are a plus.
