Job Description

Full Time Summit Lake & Arbor Valley Premier Real Estate Management is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Property Manager to oversee our beautiful communities at Summit Lakes Apartments & Townhomes and Arbor Valley in Hartland, WI. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in creating a positive resident experience, and leads their team with confidence and professionalism. Duties to
Include:
As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operations and performance of the communities, including: Managing day-to-day property operations Overseeing leasing activity and maintaining strong occupancy levels Coordinating rent collections and ensuring timely follow-up Leading and supporting the on-site maintenance team Responding to and resolving resident concerns with professionalism Conducting property tours and building rapport with prospective residents Reviewing applications and ensuring accurate and timely processing Entering and maintaining resident and property data in company systems Assist in coordinating and following up on maintenance requests
Qualifications:
We're looking for someone who is: Positive, approachable, and team-oriented A strong problem-solver who can think through challenges and find effective solutions Organized and detail-oriented Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills A confident leader who can guide and support their team Previous property management experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate Strong leadership experience is highly valued Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required
