Property Manager

Stone House Development, Inc. is a Madison based real estate development and property management company seeking a motivated and experienced full time Property Manager. This position includes general property management tasks including, but not limited to, showing apartments, lease signings, rent collection, vendor/contractor oversight, ensuring top notch curb appeal, move outs and move ins, coordinating turns, monitoring market standards and conditions, and resident retention. In addition, the right candidate will prove they are able to focus on maintaining positive tenant and public relations. This position requires attention to detail, ability to multi-task, supervision experience and the ability to prioritize while remaining focused on the big picture. Candidates with affordable housing and/or caseworker experience are preferred but we will train the right individual. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as effective public relations skills are required as is a minimum of one year property management experience.
