POSITION SUMMARY
The Property Manager is responsible for the overall operational and financial performance of an assigned community. Reporting to the Area Manager, this position leads the day-to-day operations of the property, including leasing, resident relations, maintenance coordination, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and partnership collaborations. The Property Manager creates an exceptional resident experience while fostering a positive team culture and ensuring the community reflects AMS's commitment to operational excellence, customer service, and community engagement.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum two (2) years of residential property management experience.
  • One (1) year of supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Experience with LIHTC affordable housing preferred where applicable.
  • HCCP, TCS, CAM, CPM, or equivalent certification preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
  • Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Financial acumen includes budgeting, reporting, and expense management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service and resident satisfaction.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and ability to travel to company meetings or other communities as needed.
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
