  • Sodexo is seeking a dynamic Resident Dining Services Manager to lead dining room operations at Luther Manor in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin .
Luther Manor is a not-for-profit Life Plan Community situated in a beautiful, park-like setting with gardens and open green spaces, yet close to the city's culture and conveniences. We're looking for a hospitality-driven professional with strong front-of-house leadership experience and a passion for mentoring and training staff. Typical shift is 9:30am
  • 6:30pm, may vary with some weekend coverage.
Bring your passion for hospitality to a team that values excellence, community, and care. What You'll Do oversee day-to-day front of house operations for an on-site restaurant and two dining rooms; manage meal tickets and ensures timeliness of delivery; manage a front-of-house team of approximately 25 staff members; scheduling of staff and payroll; deliver high quality food services for resident satisfaction; develop and maintain client and customer relationships; ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents and guests; ensure Sodexo standards are met.
