Job Description
We are looking for a part-time Property Manager to be responsible for the direct oversight of a 55 and older residential community (122 unit) and a regular market rate residential community (14-unit), both in Oshkosh, WI. The goals are to maximize resident satisfaction, protect asset value, monitor budget spending and increase revenue. General duties to include, but are not limited to - Providing the day-to-day customer service both in person and over the phone. Preparing and scheduling lease signings/renewals documents. Processing rent payments, accurate ledger tracking, and generating financial reports. Direction and follow up on the property up-keep, including scheduling vendors and purchasing supplies. Scheduling of work orders. Showing the apartments as they become available. Complete routine inepections. Assist with and coordinate resident events. This position requires someone who enjoys helping and working with people. Prior leasing or manager experience is a plus, but is not required. Basic math, and computer skills; with strong attention to detail are needed to be successful in this position. This position will be approximately 20-25 hours per week with sample office hours of Monday-Thursday, 9:00am-2:00pm. Our offices are closed on all major holidays. The position requires on call responsibilities. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. Must live within 30 miles from the property.
