This is an exciting opportunity to take your property management career to the next level while contributing to a positive and engaging community. In this role, you'll work closely with the Property Manager, assist with daily operations, and help plan and coordinate community-building resident events. Your efforts will directly impact tenant satisfaction, property performance, and the overall success of the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Resident Engagement:
Coordinate and execute a vibrant events calendar to foster a sense of community. Organize social events and activities that encourage resident interaction and satisfaction.
Operational Support:
Assist with lease administration, respond to tenant inquiries, manage maintenance requests, and maintain accurate records.
Problem-SolvingAccountability:
Investigate and resolve tenant concerns or maintenance issues promptly. Demonstrate accountability by following up and ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
MarketingPerformance Tracking:
Prepare weekly reports, assist with competitive market studies, and contribute to performance goals by meeting leasing targets.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in property management or leasing is preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Creative, resourceful, and able to think outside the box to engage residents and attract new tenants. Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a high level of organization.
