Job Description

Crisis Stabilization Unit Manager As a Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead, supervise, and support a team of professionals and paraprofessionals while making a meaningful impact on the lives of patients experiencing mental health and substance use disorders. This leadership role requires an energetic individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to professionally represent Northwood to employees, professionals, and community partners. Qualifications:
Master's degree in human services field preferred. Bachelor's degree and 1 year supervisory experience required Valid Driver's License Must successfully pass a background check Flexible schedule
Responsibilities:
