Description Parkplace Residential is seeking an experienced Full-Time Property Manager to oversee operations of a 96-unit LIHTC apartment community . This position is responsible for the overall performance of the property including leasing, compliance, resident relations, maintenance coordination, and financial performance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent customer service while maintaining strict adherence to Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) compliance requirements . As the onsite leader, the Property Manager will be responsible for maintaining strong occupancy, ensuring compliance with LIHTC regulations, supervising staff, and creating a welcoming, well-managed community for residents. Compensation includes a free onsite apartment. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of a 96-unit LIHTC community Ensure compliance with LIHTC regulations, income certifications, and annual recertifications Maintain high occupancy through leasing, marketing, and resident retention Process applications, verify income documentation, and maintain compliance files Supervise onsite staff and coordinate maintenance operations Address resident concerns and maintain strong resident relations Oversee rent collections, delinquency management, and reporting Conduct property inspections and ensure community standards are maintained Work closely with ownership and regional management on property performance Utilize property management software to track leasing, compliance, and financials Qualifications Previous property management experience required LIHTC experience strongly preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to manage compliance documentation and regulatory requirements Experience with property management software (Yardi experience preferred) Leadership ability and strong problem-solving skills What We Offer Free onsite apartment Competitive salary Professional and supportive work environment Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding property management company At Parkplace Residential , we focus on managing communities where people are proud to live.
