Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional resident experiences that inspire positive community feedback and strong online reviews. Execute innovative sales, marketing, and administrative strategies that drive occupancy, strengthen resident engagement, and foster long-term loyalty. Oversee the community's financial performance with integrity, transparency, and a focus on long-term success. Demonstrate River View's core values of concern, creativity, passion, and the pursuit of perfection in every interaction with residents, clients, and team members. Prepare and deliver timely, accurate financial and operational reports for clients. Support your team's professional growth and development by fostering a culture of continuous learning and opportunity. Collaborate with local apartment associations, community managers, town and county officials, and consumer marketing partners to implement effective marketing strategies.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Three or more years of experience in property management, hospitality, or retail, with a demonstrated ability to elevate resident and client satisfaction. Proven leadership and team-building skills aligned with River View's values of concern, creativity, passion, and the pursuit of perfection. Strong relationship management skills with a track record of building trust with residents, clients, and team members. Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, revenue performance, and profit-and-loss management. Experience with RealPage OneSite and familiarity with other leading property management platforms. Working knowledge of RealPage Onesite and a solid understanding of financial reporting and generally accepted accounting principles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented approach. This position is eligible for additional performance-based bonus opportunities.
