Job Description

Are you a policy driven leader with the ability to lead a professional team to manage operations, ensure compliance and provide high-quality care and services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities? If so, we want you on our team! About the
Role:
As the Program Administrator , you will be the driving force behind our program's operations, ensuring excellence in care, compliance, leadership, and financial performance.
What You'll Do :
Lead and oversee all program operations , ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations . Provide strategic leadership and supervision across departments to maintain high standards of care and service. Manage budgets, payroll , and operational expenditures within set guidelines. Ensure preventive maintenance programs keep the facility in top condition. Cultivate strong community and public relations , advancing opportunities for residents and enhancing facility visibility. Oversee individual admissions/discharges , ensuring all documentation and procedures are compliant and person-centered. Supervise program development , active treatment, and quality assurance processes
What You Bring:
Proven experience in a leadership role within a residential, or human services setting. History working with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and a commitment to quality, safety, and compliance . Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The ability to lead by example, communicate effectively, and motivate cross-functional teams. Proficiency in managing budgets, resources, and facility maintenance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Services, or related field. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or similar populations. Familiarity with state licensure processes and funding agency systems.
