Director of Programs

Position Summary The Director of Programs provides leadership and oversight for multiple agency programs, including CSBG, LIHEAP, Emergency Assistance and Outreach. This role ensures effective program implementation, and alignment with agency goals while supporting community engagement and self-sufficiency initiatives. Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise agency programs including LIHEAP, Emergency Assistance, Outreach, and Community Services
• Develop and implement strategic plans and program goals
• Ensure compliance with ROMA and maintain accurate program data
• Monitor program performance and adjust activities to meet objectives
• Assist in budget preparation and resource allocation
• Promote programs through public relations, media, and community engagement
• Prepare proposals for funding and program development
• Maintain and enforce agency policies and procedures Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Services, or related field (Relevant work experience may be substituted for formal education if deemed sufficient in scope and depth.)
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage workflow, meet deadlines, and lead teams
• Valid driver's license

Pay:

$30,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
