This position is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting adults with developmental disabilities while leading a dedicated team in a positive and rewarding environment. What You'll Do Lead and support Adult Clinical Services programs Supervise and mentor coordinators and staff Ensure quality care and compliance standards are met Help create meaningful opportunities for members to grow and succeed Oversee daily operations, documentation, staffing, and program development Build positive relationships with members, families, staff, and community partners Qualifications Experience in Human Services required Supervisory experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Valid Arkansas Driver's License required CPR/First Aid certification preferred or ability to obtain Why Join AEDD?
