Program Director (3+ years EXP. REQ.)

New Bridge Foundation is seeking an experienced Program Director for our adult residential and outpatient substance abuse treatment programs. New Bridge Foundation, founded in 1968, is one of the leading providers of drug and alcohol treatment in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our mission is to provide individuals with the education, counseling, support, and skills necessary to live productive and healthy lives without the use of drugs or alcohol. Responsibilities:

Monitor the overall functioning of our adult substance abuse treatment programs. Hire and Supervise program staff. Provide direct clinical services as needed to support the treatment team. Develop and maintain good relations with referral sources and community organizations. Ensure programs are in compliance with licensing and certification standards.

Required skills and experience:

Strong leadership skills Knowledge and experience working with adults with substance abuse disorders and co-occurring diagnoses Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience working with a culturally diverse population Experience in staff hiring and supervision Experience with clinical documentation Knowledge and understanding of the utilization review process Excellent time management skills

Qualifications:
