7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Job Summary Job Summary Under the direction of the
Assistant Superintendent:
Business Support Services, this position is responsible for implementing and administering comprehensive District fiscal procedures in the areas of Accounting, Budget and Finance, Payroll and Fringe Benefits; Assists with the planning, organizing, staffing, managing, directing, and evaluating all aspects of the District's Fiscal Support Services; Administers the budget process and District appropriations and expenditures; Directs the maintenance of the district's budget, supply accounts, charter school funds and projections; Exercises control over expenditures for conformance to budget, accounting standards, and funding guidelines for district programs and funds; Provides technical expertise, information and assistance to decision makers; Supervises and evaluates the performance of assigned staff View Job Description Requirements / Qualifications All applicants must submit a completed Edjoin application and attach the following documents: Letter of Introduction Resume Three (3) current professional Letters of Recommendation DMV Driver's Record Request (Using link provided on posting) Evidence of Insurability - Must attach a Driver's Record Search from the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) dated no earlier than six (6) months before the posting recruitment period. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Education Required:
Bachelor's degree in business/public administration, accounting, financial management or closely related field (required); Master's degree in business/public administration, educational administration, accounting, finance, or related field (desirable); Completion of courses in school fiscal administration and education (desirable)
Experience Required:
A minimum of three (3) years demonstrated experience in the areas of budget development/management, payroll systems, accounting systems, Health & Welfare (required) Licenses, Certifications, Bonding and/or
Testing Required:
