Core Responsibilities Completes an initial needs assessment and acts upon critical needs timely Develop comprehensive client-driven case plans with both short/long-term goals Provide strong case management leadership Other duties as assigned Qualifications or Requirements One year of experience working as a Case Manager /or with marginalized populations Work at a transitional housing facility Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred As required by the County of Los Angeles, all ANS employees are required to be fully vaccinated or to have an approved medical or religious exemption by the Company.
