Job Qualifications Knowledge, Skill, and Ability:
Extensive knowledge of intellectual/developmental disabilities (IDD), mental health, and other public assistance programs in Boulder and Broomfield Counties and Colorado. Knowledge of service coordination, housing navigation, and referrals processes within a complex care environment. Strong leadership and supervisory skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills with individuals and groups at all professional levels. Ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders. Demonstrated organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks/goals for self. Ability to work effectively with various technologies including MS 365, internet-based databases, Excel, Outlook, Word, etc. Effective problem solver. Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality. Possession of a valid drivers' license and ability to meet Imagine! driving requirements. This position requires use of a personal mobile device such as a smartphone or tablet. This position requires regular use of a personal vehicle with liability insurance that meets Imagine! standardsTraining/Education:
Bachelor's degree in human services, social services, psychology, public health, or a related degree required. Master's degree in healthcare, human services, healthcare management, business management, or related field preferred.Experience:
A minimum of five years working within and IDD-serving organization or similar related experience required or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Three years supervisory experience required. Working Environment/Physical Activities Effective with shifting roles, responsibilities, and expectations in a changing environment. Ability to work effectively under the pressure of deadlines. Regular travel within the Boulder/Denver area.
