Duties Help The Department of Program Services, Court Services Office (CSO), Operions Division, Operions Branch is seeking a self-motived and detail-oriented Clerks Administror. The Clerks Administror serves as the primary point of contact for clerks of court and provides daily direction and assistance to court clerks' offices and appelle and circuit court units. The incumbent must possess outstanding interpersonal, organizional, analytical, and written and oral communicion skills, and thrive in a fast-paced and multifaceted environment. The duties of the position may include, but are not limited to: Serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned court unit executives and staff within designed circuits, providing comprehensive guidance across all areas of court operions, case management, and administrive functions. Designing, leading, and conducting on-site management review consultions the request of individual courts to diagnose operional and administrive challenges, including defining scope and objectives, assisting with the assembly of review teams, coordining logistics, analyzing da, conducting entrance and exit conferences, and producing formal written reports presenting observions and corresponding recommendions. Developing and dissemining procedures, guidelines, and operional informion through conferences, training seminars, publicions, and direct consultion. Drafting and maintaining business processes and standard opering procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. Functioning as CSO's primary liaison to a variety of executive advisory groups, including developing agendas, coordining phone stus conferences, taking notes, and preparing and distributing meeting summaries. Representing CSO and the Operions Branch judicial nominee and new chief judge orientions, presenting on CSO's role within the judiciary, and preparing circuit staffing profiles. Providing analytical support for appelle, bankruptcy, and district court staffing allocions. Developing and dissemining procedures, guidelines, training, and court operional informion through conferences, formal training seminars, publicions, memoranda, and telephone contacts. Logging and tracking operional support inquiries in the CSO issue tracker system. Leading and coordining planning and execution of CSO-hosted nional conferences, including new unit executive and deputy orientions, court unit executive and deputy operional and administrive conferences, operional practices forums, and other assigned nional convenings. Assisting in planning and faciliting the new unit executive and deputy oriention program. Managing the development and use of Point sites and solutions to facilite informion sharing and document best practices across the office. Serving as backup point of contact for court unit executives and staff in additional assigned circuits.
