Duties Help Manages separe financial management modules for DFC's equity, finance, and insurance portfolios. Reviews new direct loan, equity, and investment guaranty financing and funding proposals submitted by the project officers. Manages and approves framework loans, new commitments, loan disbursements, processes claim, adjusts terms and conditions of loans, processes prepayments, manages billing schedule and payoffs. Manages and approves direct loans, investment guarantees, insurance, and other LNS transaction processes. Manages various scheduled reports on DFC's portfolio for internal and external parties, including but not limited to DFC's Board, Congress, Ste Department, and Treasury. Oversees development of systems applicions to facilite program reporting and analyses and ensure effective integrion with major systems. Manages teams to ensure timely execution and delivery of billings and payments with borrowers, as well as with third party agents (i.e., fiscal agents, brokers, and trustees) as approprie, including the timely notificion, payment amount and verificion as detailed in finance/insurance agreements. Serves as agency representive for external customers of DFC's programs with respect to all aspects of billing, claim payments, and collection of interest and fees due under finance agreements. Serves as a first level supervisor for the Portfolio Services group.
