Job Description
City Manager City of Eustis, FL Are you a strategic, results-driven executive leader who can guide complex municipal operations and deliver high-impact community outcomes? If so, apply to be the City of Eustis' next City Manager! We're looking for an exceptional, forward-thinking leader who is:
- Experienced in municipal management and economic development
- Skilled at building relationships with elected officials and the community
- Proven in leading organizational performance and delivering major projects The City of Eustis is a vibrant lakefront community in Central Florida known for its small-town charm, natural beauty, and strong sense of community.
Required qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- 5-10 years of executive-level municipal leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of municipal finance and operations Preferred qualifications include:
- Master's degree (MPA or related)
- Experience in a council-manager form of government
- Background in economic development and redevelopment projects The salary range for this position is $180,000 - $230,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
