Legislative Aide (District 81)
General Summary:
State Representative Yvette Benarroch is now accepting applications in her Naples, Florida office to assist with a variety of administrative and public relations matters requiring a thorough understanding of the policies, procedures, and operating practices of the Florida Legislature.
Salary:
Annual $48,624 The Legislature offers a competitive benefits package. This position is not eligible for virtual work. Primary Responsibilities Knowledge and application of House Rules, Protocol, House-specific Applications, House Administrative Policies and the Legislature's Joint Policies and Procedures. Calendar and Scheduling Constituent Management Legislative Research Legislative Process Public Relations and Press Releases Stakeholder Relations Designated Tallahassee Staff during Committee Weeks and Session and Travel System Mandatory Trainings as Assigned
FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE

Minimum Qualifications An Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university and two years of administrative experience; or a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university. Professional administrative experience can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required college education.
