Position Summary:

Regional Manager The Regional Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving performance across a portfolio of affordable housing communities in Central Florida. This position blends strategic oversight with hands-on leadership—ensuring operational success, regulatory compliance, and exceptional resident experiences. You'll partner with on-site teams to elevate performance, optimize operations, and strengthen communities, all while aligning with Carteret's core values of customer service, communication, and competency. Requirements:

What You Bring Proven leadership in multi-site property management Deep knowledge of affordable housing programs and compliance Strong operational and financial management skills A - passion for developing teams and improving communities Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years as a Regional Manager, or 10+ years as an on-site Property Manager with relevant certifications (TCS, COS, HCCP, CP3, NAHP, or equivalent) Expertise in Fair Housing and Landlord-Tenant laws Willingness to travel Our Commitment Carteret Management is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
