This pivotal role combines educational leadership with administrative excellence, ensuring that students receive high-quality instruction and practical training aligned with industry standards. As an energetic and motivated leader, you will foster a collaborative learning environment that inspires both students and faculty to achieve their full potential. Your expertise in higher education teaching, education administration, and college experience will drive program success and uphold our commitment to excellence in healthcare education. Duties Lead the planning, coordination, and evaluation of the Medical Assisting program to ensure curriculum relevance, compliance with accreditation standards, and alignment with industry needs Collaborate with faculty to develop engaging lesson plans, assessments, and instructional materials that enhance student learning outcomes Oversee student recruitment, enrollment processes, and retention strategies to foster a supportive educational environment Manage program budgets, resources, and scheduling to maximize operational efficiency Monitor student progress through assessments and provide guidance to support academic achievement and professional development Maintain strong relationships with healthcare industry partners to facilitate clinical placements and job placement opportunities for graduates Ensure compliance with all accreditation requirements, institutional policies, and regulatory standards related to medical assisting education Skills Proven experience in higher education teaching within healthcare or medical assisting programs Strong background in education administration with demonstrated leadership in program management Extensive training and/or education experience with a clear understanding of academic policies and curriculum development Excellent teaching skills that engage diverse student populations and foster active learning Ability to work effectively with students, faculty, staff, and industry partners to promote a collaborative educational environment Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail Passion for mentoring students and supporting their academic and professional growth Flexible schedule availability to lead/manage a program with day/evening classes Join us in shaping the future of healthcare professionals!
